Hello! Thanks for visiting my website and looking at my artwork! This is a photo of me, and one of my wonderful nieces (Abby). She, Rachel and Julia are my inspiration!
I’m a graduate of MassArt where I studied Illustration for four years. While in school I was lucky enough to have four of my pieces published; two in a children’s book, one in a magazine and one in a calendar.
The real world is a much different place and a scary one for a new artist. I have however designed a couple of logos (which are now store signs on Newbury Street) and I am currently working on a line of greeting cards. I’ve been selling these cards (they’re in my portfolio section) at Black Ink in Harvard Square but I’m looking to expand my horizons.
My book, the story I wrote and have been attempting to illustrate has been on the back burner for a while now. As I commonly reply to my friends who ask how it’s coming…”What book?” That is my ultimate goal however, to write and illustrate children’s books. There are a lot of stepping stones along the way, but that’s supposedly the “good stuff” right?
